Spotlight Session: BarnOwl Incident Management

BarnOwl proudly presented a “Spotlight” session on 15^th March 2016 covering the topic of Incident Management.

BarnOwl’s Incident Management functionality allows for loss events or incidents to be captured including the tracking of actual and near miss incidents thus providing insight into possible control breakdowns and enabling pro-active remedial action. This session also highlighted the value of using BarnOwl’s custom fields to create specific Incident registers, the power of conditional fields and the always important reporting.
