10. IA: Where can I monitor the action plans that were captured in an audit?

Action Plans that were captured in an audit can be viewed and tracked in multiple places.
a. In the Internal Audit Project from the Action Plan Register
b. In the ERM module form the Action Plan Register or Flat Action Plan Register

• Action Plan Register
• Flat Action Plan Register

c. In the BarnOwl Web module, from My Action Plan (this will only show where you are either the owner or originator of the action plan)

TIP: When you want to see Action Plans linked to Findings that originated from a project in the Internal Audit module, you can add a filter on the ‘Linked Object’ = ‘Finding’
